By using TechHub ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use TechHub. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement.
2. Your Account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You may not share your account or create accounts on behalf of others without permission.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
3. Content You Post
You retain ownership of content you submit. By posting, you grant TechHub a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and store your content as part of operating the Service.
You agree not to post content that:
- Violates any law or regulation
- Infringes on intellectual property rights
- Contains malware, phishing links, or harmful code
- Harasses, threatens, or defames others
- Is spam or commercial solicitation without permission
- Contains pornographic or sexually explicit material
4. Prohibited Conduct
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure
- Scraping or crawling the Service without permission
- Manipulating votes or rankings through artificial means
- Impersonating other users or public figures
- Interfering with the normal operation of the Service
5. Intellectual Property
The TechHub name, logo, and platform design are owned by DigiTrendz. You may not use them without written permission. User-submitted content remains the property of its respective authors.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of content, or fitness for any particular purpose. User-submitted content reflects the views of individual users, not TechHub.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechHub and DigiTrendz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will announce significant changes on the platform.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts applicable to DigiTrendz's place of business.
